We only had drinks, but the selection was good.
It was busy but not heaving, so the atmosphere was good.

Typical pub food and drinks. Recently visited for a drag show and enjoyed it much more than its regular football and sports atmosphere.

We didn't end up eating here as the carpet was absolutely covered in white dog hair. It didn't look like it had been hoovered for days. I started coughing and sneezing and had red itchy eyes before we ordered so we left to buy antihistamines in Boots. It might be dog friendly but it isn't particularly human friendly and they are generally the ones with a bank card!

Had a curry, enormously disappointed with the amount of sauce. It wasn't very thoughtfully created.m and defines why I hate the lottery of wearing out. No vegetables to be seen anywhere on the plate. I'd have preferred wetherspoons. I don't normally complain but the menu needs some careful thought. Lovely building, lots of potential, could be quite a classy joint with a bit of a gear change.

Really dissapointed last time was good tonight steak tasted off meat was rotten and mediun rare was well done to burnt. terrible 😞 come on guys your better than this. Was looking forward to that all day 😞

Me and my boyfriend came for a weekend away, we wanted to watch the football and have dinner. Appreciate it is cheap and cheerful but not only did the food come out Baltic cold but they forgot a whole meal, we had to go up and ask for it and they’d forgotten it. Mine then came out just as cold🥴 sent it back and was told a refund would take 5 working days to come through. Absolutely awful no rush in any of the staff members there and had to keep chasing up about it not good night as well go to spoons get better food and service there. The atmosphere is dog shit there’s people on the karaoke at 8pm take your ear plugs with you
